Dr. Baeke and the staff at Park Place Plastic Surgery are committed to your happiness.
Q. What if I am not satisfied with my results?
If you are a Dr. Baeke patient having just had conventional breast augmentation surgery for the first time and not satisfied with your results, we will offer you this guarantee.
At no cost to you, Dr. Baeke will remove your implants.
Details:
a. Expression of dissatisfaction with your results must be received in writing within 60 days following your original surgery.
b. Surgery to just remove implants shall be performed under local anaesthesia. Dr. Baeke shall never charge you for his professional fees.
c. Dr. Baeke shall not charge you for any facility fees.
d. You shall be responsible for any ancillary costs e.g., prescriptions, etc.
e. Surgery shall be performed at a center where Dr. Baeke has privileges and at a mutually convenient date.
f. Dr. Baeke shall provide routine post op care at no charge.
g. This guarantee predicated upon the patient having followed all of Dr. Baeke's printed aftercare instructions. No such coverage if the patient has been smoking anything since surgery.
Q. What if I like the results of my conventional breast augmentation but there was a complication?
For the first 90 days following your original breast augmentation surgery, Park Place Plastic Surgery, PLLC shall provide coverage for up to $15,000 worth of treatment for the following complications, not covered by any other insurance:
Most anaesthesia complications
Pneumothorax
Hematoma/seroma
Infection*
Poor wound healing* (e.g. implant exposure)
* These provisions contingent upon patient complying with π-g above.
Q. What if my implant ruptures?
American breast implant manufacturers have warranties which provide implant replacement and additional coverage for deflation, typically for up to 10 years following original implantation. See their websites for details.
